Maggie Kelnhofer BA

Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected- whether that be from ourselves, our relationships, our bodies, or our sense of purpose. No matter the area in which you are seeking support, I offer a cozy space to connect, slow down, and wade through those waters together.

My approach is eclectic and holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness-based practices, such as breath work, mindful movement, nature, and laughter. I believe deeply that therapy is a team effort, and I value taking the time to create unique goals and treatment plans with every client.

I work with adolescents (16+) and adults with the following concerns:

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Depression

  • Family Conflict

  • Grief & Loss

  • LGBTQIA Identity Concerns

  • Major Life Transitions

  • Over-intellectualization

  • Perfectionism

  • Relationship Concerns
